Waterbury Silverbacks Defeated By Western Mass Pioneers

Zach Redlund and Will Bartoli each drove in one run for the Silverbacks. Joseph Fasano led Waterbury with two hits in three at bats.

Waterbury Silverbacks lost to Western Mass Pioneers 5-2 on Friday.

Western Mass Pioneers got on the board in the top of the fourth inning after a sacrifice fly and a single to center field, each scoring one run.

Zander Kasbarian took the loss for Waterbury Silverbacks. The pitcher went five innings, surrendering three runs (one earned) on four hits, striking out six and walking one.
