Owner/General Manager

Tim Binkoski brings a deep and accomplished background in both playing and coaching to his leadership role. His baseball career spans multiple levels of the game, including elite high school programs, collegiate baseball, and several years as a professional player in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.

Binkoski is currently an Assistant Coach at Post University in Waterbury, CT, a role he has held since 2022. During his tenure, the team has reached the postseason each year and captured a conference championship in 2024, marking a standout stretch of consistent success at the collegiate level.

In 2021, he joined the Bristol Blues, a member of the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL), as head coach. In his first season, he led the team to a 32–12 record, a division title, and a quarterfinal playoff appearance. The Blues returned to the postseason in 2023, advancing to the NECBL Championship Series. In 2024, they again captured the division title and reached the semifinals, continuing Binkoski’s consistent track record of success.

He previously served as co-owner of the DiamondZone, a baseball and softball training facility in North Haven, CT. After nearly five years developing players at the facility, he returned to college coaching with a continued focus on helping athletes grow on and off the field.

Binkoski was also the head coach and director of baseball operations for the North Haven American Legion Post 76 program. Over five seasons, he led the team to four consecutive State Tournament appearances and established the program as one of the top teams in Connecticut’s Zone 2. He also founded the North Haven High School Fall and Winter baseball program, focusing on offseason conditioning and skill development.

Earlier in his career, Binkoski held assistant coaching positions at his alma mater, Quinnipiac University (2009–2012), and with the Mystic Schooners of the NECBL in 2012.

As a player, Binkoski signed with the Philadelphia Phillies in 2007 following a standout collegiate career. He played for the Gulf Coast Phillies, the Williamsport Crosscutters (NY-Penn League), and the Lake Erie Crushers of the Frontier League, where he earned Eastern Division All-Star honors and helped capture a league title.

At Quinnipiac, Binkoski was a three-time All-NEC First Team selection (2005–2007) and the 2007 NEC Player of the Year. He finished that season ranked 8th nationally in batting average and set the school’s single-season hits record. He still holds top-five all-time program records in batting average, hits, doubles, runs, and RBIs. Binkoski remains Quinnipiac’s only Division I All-American in baseball.

His early career included a decorated four-year run at North Haven High School, where he was a three-time All-SCC Conference selection, a two-time All-State honoree, and the 2003 Connecticut Male Athlete and Baseball Player of the Year. He was inducted into the North Haven High School Hall of Fame in 2018.
